how to pass nclex RN - any suggestions?

Published

Hi,

I'm new to the forum but I need help in passing the nclex exam. I failed the first time and I take it again in two weeks. I have been studing but since there is so much info. I don't feel like I'm getting anywhere. If anyone could help I would appreciate it.

Thanks in advance.

just wondering what the kaplan trainer cd is. I signed up for kaplan and have access to online trainers and the qbank. Do they have an additional cd???

Thanks

If u have the qbank then you dont need the CD but to answer your question, the Kaplan CD has 7 tests on it ranging from 75-265 questions. Its just like the qbank. Except with the qbank, you can get the answer and rationale right then opposed to waiting til the test ends. And also there are more questions in the bank of course. The CD has 1000 questions. I did not find the CD that helpful though, the questions are similar in format to NCLEX but the rationales suck and are vague. Just my opinion though. I was not successful my 1st time w/ NCLEX so Im using Suzannes plan exclusively. Plus, I think Saunders is better anyways and their questions are like the NCLEX too. Funny huh?

Good luck.
