Hello all-

Starting a thread for Pasadena City College Winter 2018 Cohort. Deadline was July 1st, 2017.

Good luck to everyone-

Yes, I applied for Career Ladder. I think it also depends on how many general RN program people drop out of 2nd semester. Good luck to all of you!

Good luck to you as well! Keep us updated!

@PandaPug, have you heard anything back yet from the program??

Hi Everyone, I have a few questions in regards to application. I am applying for this upcoming lvn to rn application due date at PCC. I have been trying to get a hold of the nursing program dept. However, it's seems to always be on voicemail . I wanted know in regards to the ATI teas, did you guys just print out a report with of course the Individual Score from the website, or do you actually have to have the official ATI teas transcript? Also, in regards to being an LVN. I do not have the copy of the license since they do not give out the License anymore. Will printing out my license information from the breeze.ca.com be valid? And also, do you have to have a letter from work in regards to LVN work hours? as I know some people provided that letter but im not sure if it is actually required since it does not state on their website. Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank youu

Hi Rochelle!

I applied last semester and this semester as well so I had the same questions. Hopefully here's some help:

I printed out the entire TEAS score report and i also had the scores sent to PCC (costs money on the ATI website)...just wanted to cover all bases!

Also, I spoke with someone when I submitted my application and confirmed that the license verification from BVNPT website is perfect considering they don't issue hard copy licenses anymore. And this semester they don't give extra points anymore for having work experience (whereas in previous semesters they gave extra points for having 1000 hrs). So a letter is no longer necessary.

I wish you luck!! Anything else I can help with just let me know:) I hope we can both get accepted this semester.

Hi slmnurse, thank you so much for your repsond :). You're the greatest! I've been trying to get a hold of the nursing dept this whole week which delayed me from mailing out my application cause I want to make sure I have everything :( lol. Now i can finally mail it out tomorrow thanks to you haha :)! The application due date online states Sept 30, but that's on a sunday. so the due date would be next business day which is Oct 1 monday right? Aw yess I wish you good luck too!! We'll keep each other updated!

Do you live out of the area? I turned my application in in person. I imagine they would still accept in on Oct 1st though, hopefully! Yes keep me updated!!

Not yet! How about you? I'm anxiously checking my email daily at this point. They told me 4 weeks when I turned in my application
