According PCC, for Spring 2022 Admission - Applications will be accepted 8/2/2021 through 8/13/2021 at 3pm.

this is the msg I get . "failed to open output stream". 

I tried several different browsers and re-downloaded and saved my PDFs but nothing is working... 

anyone know how to resolve this?

Nope. Now I am not able to upload my transcripts either. I am getting the error "Failed to open output stream." Yesterday I was only having trouble uploading my TEAS results, and now I can't seem to upload my transcripts. No idea how to fix this.

Does it work now? 

same thing happened to me

I emailed pcc nursing with screenshots just in case. but it started working randomly this morning so I submitted at 8 AM.

if you keep running into this problem maybe you can shoot an email so they know it’s not just one person problem!

Thanks for the heads up!! It worked for me this morning. Submitted just now.

I am also unable to upload my files. I emailed PCC but of course, since it is Sunday I am not expecting a response. Is anyone else experiencing something similar?

I emailed them the issue with screenshots attached. I also emailed my transcripts. I suggest doing that as well. I plan to just try until I am able to submit it.

What browser are you using? I tried both Google Chrome and Safari. Neither have been successful

my browser is Google chrome. I think it is the pcc's server computer is wrong.

Hopefully they will be able to give us an extension! Keep me updated. Fingers crossed we can both submit out application before the deadline!

do we need to submit our high school diploma? I did not see anything about this so I just wonder.
