Don't know for sure but if I were looking for something like that I would call/ go in to an insurance company office and inquire. or maybe go online and select "employment opportunities" or similar heading

I don't know if this company would be in your area but you might check out Evercare Connections..or Evercare in general. They use independent contractors to do assessments. You might also google community case manager agencies, there are agencies in my area that hire nurses for home assessments..I do not know if it's full or part time..also I do not know the requirements as far as education/experience but I do know the insurance company I work for contracts with these agencies for certain needs.
You might also look into Porta Medic? is that the correct name? Nurses meet enrollees at their homes to do assessments and usually labs (blood and urine) for insurance companies.

Equifax did have a division called P.M.I. that sent nurses out to do ins. exams, draw bllod for chemscreens, etc. Also I once worked for Nations Carelink in a similar capacity. You can google these.
Thanks for all your comments, really appreciate it! Will check out the information provided and see what I find!:)
