They already did ED interviews like 2 weeks ago and then sent the first round of offers last week!

I have not heard anything back yet. However, I decided to accept an offer elsewhere. Good luck to everyone who is interviewing in the future!

Has anyone interviewed for ED yet? If so what questions did they ask you?

For those who have already interviewed with Parkland, how did the process go? What type of questions would they ask? I have an interview this upcoming Tuesday.

Be prepared to answer "tell me about yourself", why you want to work at the facility, your goals, how you manage stress, conflict, teamwork, and time management behavioral questions. Hope that helps! What unit are you interviewing for?

I interviewed in L&D, ED, and 8 trauma at Parkland. As well as ICU at Methodist
