I'm warning yall now.... If I were you I would really reconsider signing your life away to Parkland. New grad nurses are quitting left and right! I truly wished someone warned me before I signed that contract.

Really? Oh no. Can you give more info as to why it's so bad? Did you end up leaving too? What residency programs are recommended in Dallas?
