okguys so im taking my teas on monday for the second time. i need a 75 to "pass"...first time i scored a 74 .im freaking out because if i dont get it this time i have to wait a year to test again .i need some last minute help on some concepts i cant seem to fully grasp!!!
Specific heat!!--------iv seen it mentioned on here many time, what is it and how do u get it?

Independent variable is what you manipulate or change.
Your observation or measurement is your dependent variable.
Control is what you leave the same. The control is not changed during the experiment. It is the standard to which you will compare your results.

Specific heat is how much heat it takes something to get hot, for example porcelain will take longer to get hot on a stove than Steel. So steel has a higher specific heat.
I would not count on getting the same questions on this exam as you did last time, so just give your hypothalamus and associated hormones a break and relax. Seriously, anxiety increases certain hormones which will distract you.
Now keep saying to yourself with deep calm breaths, I will succeed and do well. :)
