did anyone else notice that they only opened up applications for 7 units? not sure if others were already filled internally.

When I first looked it was 8, then the following day 7, 2 new ER positions were posted up a few days ago. I am applying to all of them, I just want to get my foot in the door idc what dept I'm in I can transfer after a year

haven't heard anything but only update is that one of the ED apps says "closed"

How many positions did you apply to? All my applications still say "New"

I applied to whatever I saw available. there was two locations for ED and only one of them says closed for me but IDK which one.

I only applied to the Escondido locations and the ED says closed for me, so that's probably the one that closed for you as well.
