I took it 4 years ago and it was easier then when I took it undergrad. You still have to study - it won't be a breeze, but it is doable. Check the rate my professor site before selecting which class to take. If you're trying to get into the nursing program, get a professor who will challenge you somewhat bc many people do not do well on the chemistry portion of the entrance exam (the hesi).
I took chm1032 2 semesters ago with Professor Fariba Ehsani-Chimeh at PBSC. The class was hard and the professor wasn't the greatest. The good thing about the class was she gave good study guides and gave extra credit. By good study guides I mean she used the same questions on the test....I mean the EXACT question.

Hello,
Has anyone taken chemistry at PBSC recently? I am returning back to school after being out for about 2 years. I am very nerous about taking chemistry and am hoping that someone can tell me how it was at PBSC... specifically chm1032.
Thanks!
