Just wanted to check here if someone applied or got accepted to this new ABSN program of PLU launching in Fall22 or Spring23? This program will be in Lynnwood.
 

I have signed up and attended the nursing info session. I will be meeting 1:1 with the program director next week. I will post an update soon.

Hi! Just following back up on this to see if anyone had any updates on whether or not they were accepted/have started the program. I’m doing my pre-requisites now and am hoping to start in February 2024. Thanks in advance for any info that anyone may have!

I have been accepted to the PLU ABSN program in Lynnwood! The process was relatively easy for me; they provided an advisor to work with me through the whole process. I start in February 2023. I’d love to know what their first cohort, Fall 2022 students are feeling about the program.

Congrats on your acceptance!! I also am very curious to hear about the experiences of people in the first cohort. I also am wondering if they have received CCNE accreditation yet as I know that since it was brand new they had not yet received it for specifically the ABSN program. All of their other programs are accredited though so I’m sure it won’t be an issue.

Thank you! I was told after their first cohort graduates in 16 months, they will get their accreditation.

Yea that’s what I remember hearing as well. Do you happen to know when the first cohort is supposed to graduate?

If I remember correctly, I think this Fall term (2022) is their first cohort so they should be graduating in 16 months. I want to say end of 2023 or early 2024. Someone else may know better.

Hi there I have question I am interesting the ABSN program, at PLU can anyone give me an in-depth information About the program. If there are some of you who are already in the program how is it.

Would love to hear about the experiences people have had at PLU's ABSN program, now that the first cohort has graduated! Can anyone share their experience? It would be greatly appreciated.
