Pace Fall 2014 ABSN

Hi There,

I've applied for the ABSN program at Pace for Fall 2014 and recently was notified that I needed to attend an interview. Does anyone have any insight as to what to expect at the interview? Anyone else applying for Fall? Any current or past students available to offer insight on the program? Also, is admission determined on rolling basis?

@Renzwi I would ideally like to get into NYU and go there, but they are so expensive, so I don't know how realistic that would be. I got into Molloy College, but I think their accelerated program is 2 years, which I don't like. I wonder how long it will take for Pace to finally get back to us.

@green_eyes89 yeah I applied to NYU also but that's almost a 100K for a one year program that's definitely a lot, I like the fact that their name is good but most people says the school you get your BA from doesn't matter and I really hope pace gets back to us soon ..with acceptance letters :D

casual / business casual.. whatever you would like. it's a small group meeting with about 5 other students with the academic advisor - it is not formal. i.e. no one I was in a group with dressed as though they were attending an interview, etc.

I also got mount Sinai but I don't know if it's manhatten or queens , it doesn't specify the location, how do you know which was manhatten?

Mine said Mt. Sinai queens for one of them. I am assuming the one that didn't state queens was referring to manhattan. So both of yours just said mt sinai?

Yes, I did! I got Mt. Sinai and the VA Hospital. I am guessing the Mt. Sinai is the one in Manhattan ~ around 100th st.

@wyw1013 - your email specified both the Manhattan and Queens locations?

Yeah both of them. I wish I had another clinical other than both being Mt. Sinai.
