PA House Bill 823 To Be Reviewed by Senate Committee,
Action Needed
Senator Clarence Bell has announced that he has scheduled HB 823, Nurse Anesthetists bill, to be reviewed by the Senate Consumer Protection & Professional Licensure Committee hearing on September 25, 2001. Assuming it passes the Committee it will then go to the full Senate for a vote. This bill has already passed the House. PSNA strongly opposes this bill and urges nurses to contact members of the Consumer Protection & Professional Licensure Committee. For more information and a list of committee members...
