Hi. Yes I had this same issue. I graduated from a school in MI and was moving to TX to test. It ended up that my school had to resend the affidavit. The BON rep told me if it takes more than about 10 days, they probably didn't receive it and the school should send another. Frustrating when you are anxious to test! I would contact the school and email them the link to the TX applications and the address to send it.
Thanks so much. How long did you wait to contact your School of Nursing to request them to resend your affidavit again? Also, how long did it take to receive your ATT after Texas BON received your affidavit the 2nd time? Thanks!
Well I gave them the benefit of the doubt and waited a month before I called them. The guy at the BON basically laughed and said I waited too long. So I had a little freak out (oops) and had my dean over night a new affidavit. Got ATT 3 days later :-) what a process!
i actually had a similar experience where I had to get my out of state school to resend the affidavit too. Everything for my application was in months prior to me graduating except that, but they claimed they never received my first affidavit when it was sent. i had to call a couple of times because they told me that my form might have still been in processing and it could take up to 10 days for it to process after they receive it. So I called a couple of times over 2 weeks and then I contacted my school and told them to send another one. Once my school overnighted the 2nd form it took a few days for it to show up.
I am dealing with the same thing, I just graduated June 9th and live in MI and moving to Texas. Therefore I applied for my license in Texas. The BON website shows it has my NJE passed and my money still doesn't show my background check or affidavit and I am going crazy. Especially when all my classmates are getting their ATT..
I found out why Texas BON was taking so long, turns out the school I went to did not do the paper work correctly, and now again Im in panic mode and trying not to worry I did all this work not to get my license.. and I move in less than a month to Texas and not sure what Im to do next. Crazy I say lol

hey ya'll,
I'm an out-of-state applicant. I applied to Texas BON in January. I graduated this past May. I've done everything I needed for the application process...took my Jurisprudence test (received), sent in my background check (received), paid Pearson Vue (received), and my school sent in my affidavit in May the Monday after graduation (called millions of times about this). Is anyone else that is out-of-state applying to Texas BON facing this issue?
Thanks!
