Our communicator system died...

Hi all. Our local-area radio communication system died. Anybody work with anything like this that could replace it? It was a system of walkie-talkies that clipped to the belt, with a lapel mike, and you could call for help from way down the hall, etc. Very useful, and we miss it. Thanks...

OMG we had that thing 10 years ago...the company went bankrupt and provided NO support. We finally got some Tadirian cell phones put in that were on different wavelengths so they didnt mess up monitors etc. LOT cheaper and worked a LOT better.
