OSU or OhioHealth for insurance flexibility?

Hello Everyone!

I will be returning to school in January 2016 for nursing.....either Mount Carmel or Otterbein. While I will probably be applying to both systems, I was wondering which hospital offered the best benefits? (I will need a job to support myself while in school.) From my preliminary research, it looks like you are limited to the system you work for. For example, OSU Healthplan includes OSU hospitals and physicians, however it does not cover OhioHealth. I understand they are competitors but I like to have options when it comes to my health care. Where do you work and what do you like or dislike about the benefits? Do you have opportunity for growth? (I have four years experience in a skilled nursing facility and am primarily interested in a hospital setting.)
