i want guidance for osce exam given by cno,

is there anyone who gave the exam.. ?? can guide please....

Review the 'IENCAP participant guide' available on Touchstone Institute ca

Watch the 'OSCE orientation' video available on Touchstone Institute ca

Thoroughly review the 'Competencies for Entry-Level Registered Nurse Practice' (2014) available on CNO

Thoroughly review the 'Code of Ethics' available on the Canadian Nurses Association

Attend an 'OSCE preparation session for IENCAP' available through Healthforce Ontario

Meet other IENs and create a study group of at least three, one to play the role of the patient, one to play the role of the nurse, one to play the role of the assessor.

Create scenarios based on ideas from medical surgical textbooks, physical assessment textbooks, case studies from College of Nurses of Ontario and the College of Registered Nurses of British Columbia.

Practice physical assessment skills using the textbook or pocketbook 'Physical Examination and Health Assessment' Canadian Edition by Carolyn Jarvis.

Consider attending a workshop such as 'OSCE preparation for IEN' at George Brown College.
