OR RN travel nursing

Question, I have been working in the OR as a circulator for about a year. The hospital I work for is divided, so I only circulate in general, urology and robotic surgeries. I'm interested in doing travel assignments is this possible with such limited experience?!??

You are not proficient enough to consider travel. It is possible you can find a travel assignment that is narrow enough, but unlikely, and even more unlikely will you be able to find steady work. After only one year in the operating room with a better mix of services, you would still not be proficient enough to go somewhere else.

I'd recommend at least one more year, but you need to find a staff job that can round out your experience. At a minimum, you need heavy ortho, vascular, and at least some neuro exposure.
