Options for filipino nurses denied by ca brn

hi im a newbie here.. i really need help.. i just read this post while browsing to allnurses..im interested about ABSN, i just applied for NCLEX in california and although i didnt have the result yet im expecting a denial for my papers due to concurrency issues..im still exploring my other options and all i can think of is go back to school and i dont know how.. i graduated in Philippines as BSN, i dont know about ABSN but im interested to know im looking for a school to go back as BSN and not to go down as associates again for me to be able to apply for NCLEX.. i just dont know what to do, im thinking of other states too but i dont know where to begin.. coz i read that some other states needs english proficiency and do you guys mind giving me ideas whats the fastest state that i could apply for nclex that doesnt need any english prof. and not affected by concurrency issues? my husband is in military so i expect moving alot to other state..im from san diego and we just moved here in washington state this feb..i just migrated here in us last august.. pls help thank you so much!
