Hello --

I am doing a paper about international nurses. Please in your opinion what are some of the positive benefits that you see with hiring international nurses? Thanks and I welcome all replies...

1) Well, perhaps it is a good thing if there is no other way to ensure adequate staffing.

2) Foreign nurses, just like everyone else, should have the right to experience different cultures, and work where they feel they can develop professionally.

3) Nurses here may learn from nurses from elsewhere. We may learn to respect different approaches and to admire our colleagues' initiative.
