Opening NP clinic in Arizona

I' m considering moving to Arizona to start my own Urgent care/Primary care clinic as NP.

What kind of permits and paperwork I need to do that. I 'm already working on my Arizona licensing. Thank you very much !

Here's a great thread I was just reading the other day. One of the replies (from Pattifnp) was downright amazing. She goes step-by-step over the process she used to open her own practice. I found it very informative.
