Anyone applying to NP school in Ontario for the year 2025?
Would love to have a discussion started for acceptances, etc.
Shaw92 said:Yes, UofT sent acceptances for their PMNP program this morning. I know of a few people who got it, including myself.
Congratulations! I also received my official letter this morning.
Since Application were opened until April 30th for PMNP, I wonder if there will be another round for PMNP.

Congrats as well! Is the PMNP 1year long? So class of 2026? For the masters NP Program, we confer our degree November 2027 based on what my acceptance said.

congrats to everyone who got into UofT program. Just wondering were the acceptance for just PM-NP or was it for MS-NP as well ? I applied on the first week of April and haven't gotten anything, so should I consider this a rejection then ?
Some of us applied in January and haven't heard anything back. I did not even get my student number until the first week of April!

I think it's just the PMNP program as of yet! I don't believe the MN-NP Program offers for April have gone out yet. fingers crossed it's this week

Congratulations, that must be such a relief for you!
I am wondering the same thing... and I would imagine they would be sending out offers on a rolling basis, based on them saying that in one of the info sessions/pdf of Q&As. I applied a bit later, like end of March, so I wasn't expecting to be one of the first to hear back, so hopefully I can have an answer soon!

Same here! I applied for the post masters stream, like near end of March. When did you apply? Give I applied so late, I wasn't planning on getting any updates this soon so I'm not too worried but of course it would be such an amazing relief if I just got something now. It's definitely hard to keep waiting around! I'm anxiously waiting for western's post masters program as well.
I believe there is still hope! Some people have received offers as late as June last rounds of applications.
I have a 3.9 (based on westerns GPA scale) and a 3.7 (based on UofTs scale) from my masters degree, about 3 years of acute Pediatric medicine with psych, OR and community health embedded in my experiences as well. My current role is autonomous practice. Fingers crossed and good luck to all who are still waiting!

Thank you!
It's actually 20 months or so since it's part-time.

Based on the Q&A I assume they might have just started filling the available spots. When I wrote to admission they told me results would only start being delivered mid-April... Plus we have until May 23rd to accept or refuse the offer.

It's tough man, York accepts like 20 people for their NP program. It's been a crazy application cycle this time around. Keep your head up!
