I just emailed York they said:

 all decisions are made by the department directly and typically between March and June. All decision letters will be available through MyFile

None that I know, sorry I also meant to say in 2024** everyone I know that has applied this year has not received an acceptance yet*

Probably! But then again if you look at the UofT 2023 NP forum they issued the acceptances a lot later that year.... Who knows.
