Ontario new grads?

Hello all! I am hoping to go to school for nursing and I am interested in finding out the demand for new grads in Ontario, on all the Hospital websites the postings all say they need experience in X. I really want to get into nursing but not if I can't find a job when I graduate!

I have read on here some of you have had an issue finding jobs but also that most are from the U.S and not sure if it's any different here. I plan on going to a few hospitals and talking to HR about new grad opportunities and if it is a good career choice.

If anyone has any insight I would love to know!
