I am in Research this semester and I'm looking for the best FREE websites for online nursing (and medical) research such as, literature review, current research, and anything else I can get access to. Any suggestions? My searches have produced mostly membership sites or sites that just want to sell subscriptions.
I would be most grateful for recommendations of sites used successfully by my contemporaries. Thanks in advance!

miss Vicky, i am helping a few friends with their researches. One is about male student nurses in the delivery room.. they want to know what factors hinder or enhance their performance (for instance, gender discrimination, attitude of doctors towards males in the delivery room, etc).
the other topic is on coping mechanisms of students on stress demands, like exams and clinical rounds and review for the local board exam that they have to deal with simultaneously.
i get a hard time looking for sources on those topics, most especially the first one. All i can browse are forum posts and some magazine articels, but not much on actual researches/theses.. if u can find any, please share with me.
thanks for any help.
