Valencia Collage Nursing Fall 2018

Hey, I am looking for people who will be going to Valencia College for the Fall 2018 traditional program. I was accepted for Summer 2018 but had to deffer. But I do have a spot! Just want to get connected, and see how everyone is preparing.

I did a week or so ago! I selected West campus as Osceola would be way too far for me. I live like 5 minutes from east campus.

I haven't received anything yet. My application was officially submitted on the 4th of May, so it's going on week 5. I'm getting so anxious! When did you apply?

My application was submitted on 5/3 and I think they start reviewing applications after the priority deadline ends right or after your application was submitted?

I'm not sure, I know they say applications are reviewed on a rolling basis but they did say to allow up to 8 weeks after the priority deadline. I'm also waiting on Seminole State too. Valencia would be my first choice though

I just talked to a former student and she said she got her acceptance email at week 8 after she submitted her application on 5/8

Not yet...but I know sonography students got their emails yesterday so hopefully soon!

Nothing on my end either! Does anyone know if they're admitting more people this year since they're now offering classes at Osceola? Or are they just dividing the usual number into two campuses?

I'm not too sure about that but I think they're dividing the number into two campuses just so that 120 daytime students aren't all gathered at the west campus. It'd be great if they accept more students though!

They accept applications on a rolling basis but the "priority deadline" was the 15th of May. I'm hoping to hear back from Valencia before I do Seminole State. Their deadline was May 10th.
