Published

Hello Prospective applicants,

I am starting this thread since application to la harbor college opens soon, thought we can share our application process and any information about the program, please share anything you want about the application, teas etc! I am currently studying for the teas and are applying to el camino and la southwest.

I received the email today also. I didn't get in, this was my second choice. I got accepted at LA County which was my first. Congratulations future nurses!! :)

Didn't get in to any school I applied to. :/ Oh well

Congrats to everyone who got in!

You should try LA trade tech they have a one year waiting list. Or maybe a non lottery based program ?

I applied at La trade in november 2016 and got my acceptance letter for spring 2018 a month ago. So yeah a little over a year.

El camino does a point system.

Do they send a confirmation e-mail after reply to accept their program?

I was wondering the same thing. Let me knkw jf you find out.

Hi, laxc. I will. I have just sent an e-mail to accept their program on Monday, but haven't heard anything yet.

Hey I didnt get in LA HARBOR good luck guys!

Harbor nursing school is not the best school to attend . If you get accepted elsewhere please go . I was a student last semester and transferred out because of the unfair treatment there . Yes , the program should be hard but not like this . I heard Compton and el Camino are better schools to go to . Teachers are compassionate and understanding . How majority of the students do on the test is a reflection of the teacher not the students . We wouldn't come this far to not put in adequate work so something is missing .
