Check the home pages of allnurses.com under nursing schools. One that comes to mind is Excelsior College.

You might want to look at the discussion on distance learning here at allnurses.com. Go to the Student Nursing forum and look for the Distance Learning/Independant Study sub-forum. Lots of discussion there on different programs.
