Hi,
I have been an FNP for two years and spent 3 years as an RN in a busy ER. Now that I am in Derm, the urge has hit to get back into something more fast-paced. I am living in South Dakota, though and I don't have access to any schools with an ER or even an Acute Care program within a reasonable distance. Does anyone know of an online program that might get me closer to my goal? Thanks!
