online courses--one by one???

do you have to sign up for a nursing program or is there a way to take all of your nursing courses one by one online to get an adn? i'm already an lpn. like sign up and pay for nursing 101, pass, then move to next course. i think you have to do the program all together but i want to make sure. thanks!

Excelsior you can do one at a time (everybody does) and it is self-paced.
