If they are American Heart Association (AHA) courses, I doubt it as these courses should include an in person skills demonstration. If the courses were developed by an organization other than the AHA, and the employer reviews their website it's possible this would be discovered.
I'm pretty sure any AHA courses require at least an in-person demonstration. The certification is the same for all courses as long as they are AHA, but as the previous commenter mentioned your employer will confirm that it is acceptable.

Can employers tell if you completed the BLS or ACLS certifications entirely online (no in-person), but says it is AHA certified?
I can actually search the ecard code through the AHA website.
