online BSN accepted in Australia?

Hi,

My question is I did my LPN then LPN- ADN in a brick & motar class and will be fininshing my online ADN-BSN next year. After that, I would like to work in AUS for a while. Will the board recognize the online part of my studies? Or does that not matter as long as all the courses taken are upto par? Thanks for all your help and all the informative answers on the forum

I would have thought that, provided you're registered, your qualifications would be recognised. It would, however, be unwise to make emigration plans based on my advice, so confirm this with the nurses' board of the state where you'd like to work.

I guess so, it also depends on how much experience you have as a nurse when you apply to the board. Aus has many boards in different provinces with their requirements. They evaluate case by case and make a decision about nursing registration. Please read a bit more there are lots of info here about nursing in OZ Aus, good luck to you, and keep in touch.
