I've heard some schools did that...wish mine did.
BUT..... My A&P II during summer 2 is somewhat like that. The lecutures are on video tapes that I will watch at home. I go in 4 times a week for 4 weeks for lab.
Yep, make sure you keep up, take advantage of tutoring, open lab times, whatever it takes! :)
Good luck!!!!!
I took both A&P I and II this way. I got A's in both, but, let me tell you, it wasn't easy. I studied absolutely every day. I figured out how much material was covered on each test and how much I would have to study each day. You have to be very disciplined. I would also suggest that you ask around to find the best lab instructor you can, so you can get as much out of the lab as possible.
Bottom line: It's doable, but not for the faint of heart!
It must depend on the school.
I talked to a girl that took a class like that at a community college in Charlotte. (Online class, and in-person lab) She said her class was a piece of CAKE. She also said that the lab was so relaxed, even during the tests, people were like "what'd you get for 12?" ... wish that were my experience!!!! :chuckle

Im signing up for fall semester. They have an anatomy online course at my college.Basically, lecture is online, and lab is twice a week at the college.Has anyone ever done this?Whats you opinion?
Ive taken a few online courses,so I know its important to avoid getting behind.
They also have a lab that is open to play with the models.
