It is going to be very difficult if not impossible to find a school willing to transfer nursing courses. This is because while the state BON sets the requirements for what must be taught in nursing schools, the when and how is left up to the school itself. This means that School A's nursing 101 most likely isn't going to teach the exact same topics as School B's nursing 101. By not taking courses all at the same school, a student may miss out on part of the requirement set forth by the BON and technically not qualify to sit for NCLEX. Is there a particular reason why you do not intend to complete school where you are already enrolled? You may be better served by finishing out your courses where you are, depending on how much of the program you have already completed.
