hi everyone!
im pretty much interested in having a training course on oncologic nursing..im working as a staff nurse at a hospital and we also have procedures on chemotheraphy for our patients..although we are already doing it, i would rather be interested in doing some training course..however, i cant find through internet our any training centers which provide this..is there anyone who can tell me where i can find training for oncologic nursing?i will truly appreciate some information..thank you!

Have you heard of Brachytherapy? I'm afraid there is no training course about doing chemotherapy... The hospital I worked for had their staff nurses undergo Brachytherapy training because the hospital has facilities for that. Does your hospital have a cancer institute or something like that? Or maybe you can ask hospitals with cancer institutes if they allow unaffiliated nurses to attend their training.
Try asking hospitals with cancer institutes and ask if they allow unaffiliated nurses to join the training. The hospital I worked for have a cancer institute and they trained some staff nurses for Brachytherapy.
