The prior thread was for the year prior. Has anyone here applied for this most recent 9/15/23 application cut-off for the 2024 start?

I don't do well with personal questions LOL

Does anyone know if all invites have been sent out?

Ahh gotcha. About how long would you say your interview was?

I don't think I did well either. The faculty seems nice though. Why you feel like that? We have almost 50% chance of getting in. From 75 they chose 30. Let's think positive ????

Thank you for your positivity energy!! Yes, let's think positive! The faculty were super nice, I did my interview online and I didn't think I articulated the answers as much as I wanted to. Fingers crossed!

I did mine online this morning, I actually feel the same exact way.

Hi all,  Scheduled for an interview. I am wondering if they ask more clinical vs personal questions? Are the clinical questions self -led (eg they ask you about a patient you handled and go from there) or direct questions?

I had my interview today and I'm so nervous and eager to hear back.

Feels like waiting for NCLEX results all over again ?

Like many people here I feel like I could've articulated myself a lot better.

Specializes in ICU.

For those of you invited for interviews....could I ask your credentials? Years in nursing? Years in ICU? Type of ICU? Science GPA? Did you shadow? Community service? Certification outside of ccrn? Just trying to figure out where my resume was lacking.

For Myself. 10 Years Nursing, 4-5 Years ICU (2 years CVICU, and 2 ish years MICU),  Five of those years were as a Military Nurse. I have a 3.5 Science GPA, a 3.45 Overall GPA. Shadowed 24 Hours. CCRN, TNCC, BLS-instructor, ACLS-instructor.  Community Service yes, thought CPR at all-boys middle school, and went on a 6-month humanitarian mission in the Pacific. I attended my States Anesthesia conferences as well as Diversity CRNA.
