Old books?

So I bought Mosbys NCLEX Q&A reviewer cuz it's cheap. It was published during 2007. I know the newer version is better but do you think the older version is good?

    Things have changed a lot in nursing (and the NCLEX) since 2007. That's a lifetime in healthcare! If you want to use the book to familiarize yourself with "NCLEX style" questions, that's one thing, but I would not get too invested in mastering any of the actual content. That's likely to create problems for you.

    I see, thanks. Well I do wan't to get used to NCLEX style questions, though you might me right on that one. Maybe I should compare the answers from my MS book. Since I have the latest edition
