ok PNAP won't let me work for a few weeks and I have dream job lined up.

ok so I went out on some interviews and lined up a dream job that works really well for my recovery. I asked PNAP when I could go back and they gave me a few more weeks before I could start. What should I do?

I really do no want to miss out on this job opportunity and want to try to get back into my work. Also I have a hard time staying at home all week with the kids.

Wait the few weeks? Seriously and I know the first months of sobriety can be rough but I'd really work with your therapist on coping skills to help you accept the limitations you have received based on your actions as well as dealing effectively with the stress of being at home with kids which although perhaps not your first choice definitely something you should be able to deal with on the short term. I'm really wishing you well but see some red flags in your posts and hope you continue to receive addictions treatment and therapy.
