Which is better a trade school or community college???? Or does it depend on the person. My plan was to attend a 2 year community college to get my Associates Degree. That way I could work as a rn while going for my bsn...I know the good thing about community college is credits transfer over. I pretty much don't know anything about trade schools other then I won't have to take any of the bs am forced to take in college.

Will am from NYC so they may or may not.... But if so I'll try another school.

NYC is a BSN must place. Stick with the public or non profit private institutions.

NYC (and surrounding areas) are super competitive. Be prepared to have to commute.

Specializes in ICU.
I think trade school nursing programs are as good as extinct. Trying to get a job as an RN with only an associates degree is also becoming darned near impossible...pretty much everywhere.

This is not true. My ASN community college has a great reputation. It depends on where you live.

Good to know but i still wanna get my mastère so i can feel spécial
