I've been out of school for 6 years and have started studying for the GRE and it hasn't been easy ) U of Washington doesn't have a minimum score standard set, but they list what competitive scores are. So I'm wondering if they give more weight to years of experience if I don't score well. Thoughts?

I can not answer your question regarding how much weight U of W puts on the GRE vs. experience. I do know that when applying, the school desires you to include experience with application.
I hope someone who has had experience with U of Washington will speak up and assist you.

I can't tell ya. Both of the schools I'm looking at don't require a GRE if you have a BSN with a 3.0 or higher.
