Hello,
I have a question on something that has been giving me anxiety. I got a DUI. At the time I had an active nursing license(lpn)but I was not working as a nurse. I haven’t worked as a nurse since and allowed my license to lapse. I do not plan on going back to nursing. My question is, could there be a chance of somebody going back and seeing that I had an active nursing license when I got the DUI and putting me on the OIG list? I do work in an administrative type job for a large health care organization.
thanks in advance!

It's highly unlikely that you would be put on the OIG for a simple non-felony DUI. IF you are worried they have a searchable data base and you can check if you are on it. There is also a method to request you be removed from the list. Start here https://exclusions.oig.hhs.gov/?AspxAutoDetectCookieSupport=1
Goof luck to you
