OhioHealth RN Fellowship Interview

Hello everyone,

I passed my RN NCLEX in August and have been applying for jobs like crazy. I finally got an interview for an OhioHealth RN Fellowship.

The first interview was a panel interview and it seemed to go well because I got an email saying the fellowship manager wanted to meet with me in a second interview..

Now I'm even more nervous than the first one I was just wondering if anyone could tell me what to expect for a Fellowship second interview?? is it similar to the first, is it harder, I just want to be prepared!
