Ohio license payment

I paid my $200 to take my PN test now I have to send my $75 to the state for my license fee and my approval to take the NCLEX.

Who do I make the money order out to????? I cannot find it in any of my papers - I have the address and thats it.

You will need a certified check or money order made out to "Treasurer State of Ohio"

thank you so much - I have the money order, but have been waiting for my director to call me with info on who to make it out to and she never called back. I want this sent in ASAP so I do not worry about it. thank you again
