Ohio license by endorsement

I am an RN from another state and I am trying to get my Ohio RN license. I know they have just updated to a new system and are back logged but I have tried several times to get an answer from the OBON and can't get anywhere. Does anyone know how long it is now taking to get either:

1. A temporary RN license or

2. A full Ohio RN license?

I submitted my full application, background check and Nursys information over a month ago and my status has not changed. We are trying to move but I do not want to start applying for any jobs until I know I will have a license soon. Any information would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
