ohio board of nursing not responding to any calls

HELP! Im moving in a month and i started the endorsement paper work with ohio months ago, the verification of my license has been on hold waiting for my background check, ive paid for it twice, and contacted the state, they said they sent it to the board twice already electronically months ago. I keep calling the board onlly to get answering machines in which no one calls me back. Ive sent emails with no response. You cannot get a hold of anyone on the board of nursing in ohio! I need my license in ohio in order to work in ohio but it seems as if no one works at the board of nursing. Im actually considering flying to columbus where the board office is. Does anyone know what I should do? Ive even considered contacting board members however theres no contact info on the website, I could look it up white pages, but I thought that might be rude to call them at home. Im just getting desperate!
