Odessa College 2017 applicants

Hi,

I'm also applying to the program. I understand OC's nursing application opens in October. I also applied to the Texas Tech Health Science Center in Odessa as well, and am waiting to hear back from them. It's a pretty slow process. Have you taken your TEAS V yet?

I was not aware you could complete the nursing degree at TTHSC here....I looked all over for information on it.

I did take my TEASV just before they were doing the release of version 6. Have you completed it yet?

Is this your first time applying to the programs?

TTUHSC is for a BSN whereas OC is for an ADN. So, there are more pre-requisites to get in. I completed my TEAS and scored a 71 overall. How about yourself? It was a lot harder than I thought. This is my first time applying. There seemed to always be something that was added that changed the degree program, so, it took me a little longer to finish pre-reqs.

Oh ok, that is good to know. Do you have a link you could share that shows TTU pre reqs and how to apply?

I scored a 75.5 overall and was very pleased because it is a difficult test, and I have horrible test anxiety.

I am in the exact same boat as you! Everything kept getting changed on me, as well as life giving me some curve balls but I have finally made it! This will be my first time applying as well and I am so nervous. The long process and the waiting is killing me lol.
