OCNE competencies **HELP**

I am a second year nursing student and always have a hard time coming up with examples for my competencies. I have been doing clinicals for 3 weeks this term and don't feel I have enough examples to fully explain my exsperiance with the competencies. Any examples will help me greatly. I know I meet them all, just can't find things that have happened to put it on paper.
