Ocean County College - Acceptance?

Hi all!

I am new to this forum and excited to find it! It helped me greatly while studying for my TEAS exam. I am currently awaiting my acceptance letter for Ocean County College's nursing program.

For those of you in this program or already graduated, how long did it take you to get accepted? I finished all of my pre-reqs, TEAS, background check, etc. at the end of last semester. My date of completion should be Dec. 20, 2013. They've told me I have about a two semester wait, but I'm secretly hoping to be accepted for Fall of 2014! I have a great TEAS score (90%) and a great GPA (3.9) so maybe that will help?

Also, when you did get your acceptance letter, what month was it? For Acceptance into the next spring/ fall semester, when did you receive your letter? Thanks again and sorry for so many questions

I can't give you much advice since I'm in the exact same boat as you - down to the same completion date! I'm also hoping/praying for Fall 14' ... I spoke to a woman who said they are sending the acceptance letters for Fall 14' in April, so be on the look out. I really hope that grades and scores matter. Though, from what I keep reading, the only thing that really has value is date of completion and your letter of intent. Please let me know if you get any news and I will do the same ... Good luck!
