OCCC Traditional Spring 2019

I know its early but is anyone else applying for OCCC Spring 2019 traditional pathway? Curious to know what some of your points and if we will be having any classes together this fall.

The email was just confirming points. No one knows if we are in yet or not. I think the only reason for a rejection letter was if there was a problem with paperwork.

Also we find out after the 22nd. And no we won't find out what we need until our acceptance letter. I wish they would hurry! I am so anxious!

Do you think they focus more on GPA or preference points? I waited too long to take the TEAS test and they were booked so I lost those 4 points. :banghead: I wish you all the best of luck and hope you all get in as well. Have you completed all of the courses or do you plan to take a class while in the program? Do you think it is possible to still work while in the program?

What I was told is they go by preferences points first, then gpa. I had 15 points also and I know that last semester people got in with 14. So I think we have a good chance. I will just have to take micro if I get in. I'm not sure about working. I think some do and some don't. I'm not sure how hard it would be. Good luck to you!

Well guys I got email today that started with:

"Hi, Kalisha,

Due to an error with NursingCAS, your application was reviewed..."

Meaning that they accepted their error and my application WILL be considered!

I will have to take A&P2 and I will also be working full time. I'm a single mother of 2 but I also work from home so I'm gonna try to make it as possible as possible haha

I saw your notifications come and first thing I did was check my school email and was highly disappointed that I had 3 mass emails.... none of which I care to see smh
