OCCC Traditional Spring 2019

I know its early but is anyone else applying for OCCC Spring 2019 traditional pathway? Curious to know what some of your points and if we will be having any classes together this fall.

All of my prereq's and most of the others. The only thing I have left after this semester is microbiology.

See I'm taking A&P1 this semester, and I'd be taking 2 next if I'm accepted and micro next summer. I hope they still take me

I think it said something about as long as it shows you're enrolled and taking them currently. I'm not sure how they do that being as it's one of the classes you have to score a certain grade in to be accepted.

I figured it may be like a conditional acceptance or something

I received an email from NursingCas today. It said my application was submitted but it wasn't complete. it told me to check the transcripts and referrals (if needed). do we need referrals for occc? I have all of my transcripts in and they're shown as received.

No referrals are needed.

Did you type in your transcripts exactly like they are? Also the customer service for nursing cas is pretty helpful. I'd call them or go talk to the nursing advisor.

Cmuir8854 , what Robyn said is crucial... the transcripts do have to be inputted EXACTLY as they are on the actual transcripts. If words are abbreviated, then it needs to be submitted the exact same way. Make sure to include any withdrawals, fails, incompletes, etc.

Did you have your institutions send in the transcript to NursingCas, or did you only manually input them into the application?

I just finished submitting mine today! I retook my TEAS to get an extra point. I will have 16 maybe 17 points! I have a pharmacy tech license and when I called to ask they said it MIGHT count for a license point.

ABBIEMAY, I submitted mines with 16. If they will make the correction to my Nutrition class for the science points, then I will have 17

Applied with 15 a week ago.
