Hi! I posted this in a mother section but I might get more of a response here. I recently got 2 job offers at these two places as a CNA. Pretty much everything about the job is the same. I’m having trouble deciding which one to choose. Has anyone every worked there that could share their experience thank you!!

Look at the companies reputation, profit vs. nonprofit, traffic, possibilities  for advancement if all else is equal.
